What differentiates a Texas Rising Star provider?
A childcare provider who voluntarily meets requirements exceeding the state’s minimum licensing standards for childcare facilities. The Texas Rising Star provider certification system provides graduated levels of certification as providers meet progressively higher certification requirements. The process improves the quality of childcare provided to all children enrolled.
